These workshops are conducted by YRMS as an effort to help Form 5 students who will soon be completing their secondary education in order to develop their personal and interpersonal skills, so that they will be able to combine their skills with social values in order to give them a proactive ‘kick-start’ in life.  It is YRMS’ hope to see them develop their own capabilities even though they may not excel in the academic field.  The students are then exposed to the variety of ways in which they can garner assistance in pursuing skills training courses of their choice.  YRMS has also received many applications from these students, after they had completed their secondary education.
